Todd has been a licensed California broker since 1989 and is also a member of the CCIM Institute. Todd began his career after graduating from the USC Marshall School of Business working with a private equity real estate syndication start-up that had great success in acquiring, managing, exchanging, and selling investment properties. Since then, he has worked with local real estate firms, and a national firm and is now currently focused on helping people and companies improve the value & market power of their commercial real estate investments.
